Job summary

TMH is seeking an RN to provide direct patient care and coordinate nursing activities in a high-reliability environment. You’ll apply the nursing process, collaborate with the care team, and mentor other staff to sustain world-class standards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• RN license in Florida required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• Two or more years of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and delegate care in a safe, secure, and clean environment.
• Provide care through collaboration with healthcare team and the nursing process.
• Lead, mentor, and role model for other members of the healthcare team.
• Demonstrate respect for patient rights, dignity, values, and confidentiality.
