Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy department in Grove City, OH. You will assist with EGD, colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, bronchoscopies, and manometry, delivering patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and anesthesia. The role offers flexible hours and strong teamwork in a Magnet-recognized facility.

Applicants must hold an Ohio RN license, graduate nursing, and meet experience requirements. New grads may enroll in the Nurse Residency Program.

Qualifications

• Graduate from school of nursing.
• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care, ensures patient safety, promotes evidence-based practice and quality initiatives within nursing care.
• Assesses and evaluates patient care for an assigned group of patients with a plan of care.
• Communicates pertinent information to the team in a timely manner and keeps patient/family updated.
• Documents assessments, interventions and outcomes per standards.
• Assumes responsibility for care documented by other staff as appropriate.
