Job summary

Pinnacle Gastroenterology is hiring a Registered Nurse to join our new endoscopy center in Little Rock, AR. You will provide perioperative care across pre-op, intra-op, and PACU, while collaborating with physicians and the care team to ensure safe, efficient patient flow.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, with 1+ year of RN experience and GI/outpatient surgery exposure preferred; ACLS/PALS are a plus and bilingual candidates are favored.

Qualifications

• Current and active RN licensure is required.
• ACLS/PALS preferred or to be obtained before start.
• At least 1 year of RN experience required.
• GI or ambulatory/outpatient surgery experience preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform perioperative RN duties in pre-op, intra-op circulator, or PACU.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care teams.
• Maintain accurate health records in a timely manner.
• Adhere to licensure, certification, and scope of practice.

Pinnacle Gastroenterology is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the team at our new endoscopy center. In this role, you will deliver exceptional, compassionate care to patients in the perioperative setting, including pre-op, intra-op circulator, and PACU nursing responsibilities.

Duties

• Perform perioperative duties as a Registered Nurse in the assigned patient care area, including pre-op, intra-op circulator, or PACU.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians, co-workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and appropriate health records.
• Perform within the scope of practice prescribed by licensure and certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current and active Registered Nurse licensure is required.
• ACLS and PALS certification is preferred or must be obtained before beginning work.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse is required.
• Previous experience in gastroenterology or ambulatory/outpatient surgery is preferred.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred.
• Employment is contingent upon successful criminal background and drug screenings following an offer.
