Job summary

Pinnacle GI Partners is seeking Registered Nurses to join our Lansing Surgery Center. This outpatient endoscopy setting offers a predictable schedule, strong work-life balance, and the chance to care for patients alongside experienced physicians.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Clinical or hospital nursing experience required.
• Surgical or procedural nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Current ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and identify healthcare needs.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized nursing care plans.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records.
• Monitor and care for patients during recovery, including post-anesthesia recovery.
• Obtain and review pertinent patient history during the admission process.
• Educate and support patients and their families throughout their care journey.
• Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring a positive and compassionate experience.

What You'll Do

As a member of our clinical team, you'll play a key role in providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care throughout the procedural experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients and identify healthcare needs
