Job summary

Cone Health is seeking a Clinical Endoscopy Technician to support endoscopic procedures and the care team in Greensboro, NC. You will prepare instruments and equipment, ensuring a sterile environment and smooth procedure flow.

Under supervision, you will assist physicians and nurses, maintain sterilization processes, and handle specimens as needed, with additional duties as assigned to support patient care goals.

Qualifications

• Requires 1 year of relevant experience in endoscopy support.
• BLS CPR certification required (American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider).
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and nurses during endoscopic examinations.
• Prepare instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures.
• Ensure sterile environment and infection control compliance.
• Maintain autoclaves and sterilizers; ensure functioning equipment.
• Collect bodily fluid specimens as needed for medical study.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
