Job summary

Inova Loudoun Hospital is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager for the Endoscopy unit in Virginia. The role oversees a team of about 30 staff across two procedure suites and supports both Endoscopy and Interventional Pulmonology services.

The position requires a BSN, VA RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS for select areas; two years of related clinical experience is preferred. The department is expanding with additional suites and dedicated spaces.

Qualifications

• Two years clinical experience related to Endoscopy/Procedural nursing.
• BSN required and VA RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification; ACLS required for ED/ICU/procedural areas.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Experience managing both clinical and non-clinical staff and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide budget input and help meet fiscal goals for the unit.
• Ensure unit compliance with quality, safety, regulatory requirements, and Joint Commission standards.
• Demonstrate leadership traits and professional behaviors.
• Oversee clinical and non-clinical staff, supervision, employee relations, and development.
• Manage unit scheduling and staffing coverage as needed.
• Serve as primary liaison and information resource for the Endoscopy unit.
