Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current RN license in state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Certification in Clinical Specialty area preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively uses the nursing process in patient care.
• Assesses learning needs and implements teaching strategies for diverse groups.
• Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources on the interdisciplinary team.
• Uses data to evaluate and promote change to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Embraces behaviors that enhance patient satisfaction and staff morale.
• Adapts communication to the patient population while respecting privacy.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
