Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with multi-state or single-state privileges.
• BSN preferred for advanced clinical practice.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and effective communication.
• Possibly administer medications and therapies per protocols.
