2810 Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital, Inc. seeks an Endoscopy Clinical Leader to drive patient care, safety, and interdisciplinary collaboration across the endoscopy service. You will oversee care quality, documentation, and education for adolescents to geriatrics.

Requires MA RN license, BSN, and 2–3 years Endoscopy experience; MSN preferred. Hybrid work settings and leadership responsibilities are included in this role.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (MA) with active licensure is required.
• ACLS and BLS certification required.
• 2–3 years Endoscopy nursing or triage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient care across adult to geriatric populations.
• Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary care within the Endoscopy unit.
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Support patient and family education and care planning.
• Participate in unit, departmental, and hospital committees.
• Promote safety, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice.
