Job summary

United Digestive in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Charge Nurse to oversee the Endoscopy Center's daily operations and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge, under the RN Manager. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hospital experience.
• Experience in GI endoscopy and management preferred.
• Current GA RN license and active practice required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
• ACLS certification recommended but optional.
• Airway Management Module completed prior to IV conscious sedation.

Responsibilities

• Daily: narcotic count, crash cart checks, infection control logs, post-op calls, chart finalization.
• Weekly: inventory checks, linen management, biohazard handling, ultrasonic maintenance.
