Job summary

DOCS Dental in the United States offers Endodontists a modern, supportive clinical environment located on Army and Air Force bases nationwide. This part-time opportunity provides autonomy in treatment planning, a steady referral base, and the chance to serve a service-connected population without the administrative burden of running a private practice.

As the Part-Time Endodontist, you will diagnose and treat pulpal and periapical conditions, perform root canal therapy and related procedures,

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental program.
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program.
• Active, unrestricted state dental license.
• CPR/BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat pulpal and periapical conditions using evidence-based endodontic techniques.
• Perform root canal therapy (including retreatment), pulpotomies, apicoectomies, and related surgical procedures as needed.
• Utilize digital radiography, and other diagnostic tools for treatment planning.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, post-operative care, and prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with general dentists to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Uphold strict infection control and sterilization protocols in compliance with CDC and OSHA standards.

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental program
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program
• Active, unrestricted state dental license
• CPR/BLS Certification
• DEA license (if applicable)
• Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screening, and obtain Real ID for military base access
