Job summary

DOCS Dental is seeking a part-time Endodontist to join our network of clinics on Army and Air Force bases across the U.S. This role offers autonomy in treatment planning, a steady referral base, and the flexibility of a part-time schedule with 1–2 days per month on a Monday or Saturday.

You will diagnose and treat pulpal and periapical conditions, perform root canal therapy and related procedures, and collaborate with general dentists while maintaining strict infection control. A U.S.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental program.
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program.
• Active, unrestricted state dental license.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• DEA license (if applicable).
• Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screening, and obtain Real ID for military base access.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat pulpal and periapical conditions using evidence‑based endodontic techniques.
• Perform root canal therapy (including retreatment), pulpotomies, apicoectomies, and related surgical procedures as needed.
• Utilize digital radiography, and other diagnostic tools for treatment planning.
• Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment options, post‑operative care, and prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with general dentists to coordinate care plans and ensure continuity of treatment.
• Uphold strict infection control and sterilization protocols in compliance with CDC and OSHA standards.
