Job summary

West Coast Dental is seeking a GP Endodontist to join our Southern California network. The position offers high-end compensation with guaranteed base plus production and a large, diverse patient base across offices.

You’ll be part of great clinical and administrative teams, with company-sponsored CE, ongoing training, and a team approach to delivering outstanding patient experiences. Full-time or part-time options are available across multiple offices.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited program.
• Endodontic certificate from California Dental Board accredited university.
• Active California State Dental Board license.
• Active malpractice insurance.
• DEA, CPR and NPI required.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one another.
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort regarding their dental treatment.
