Job summary

Elica Health Centers seeks a skilled Endodontist to join our patient‑centered dental team in California. You will perform comprehensive endodontic evaluations and deliver root canal therapy and retreatment with a focus on underserved communities.

Collaborate with general dentists and other clinicians to coordinate care, educate patients, and ensure timely access to specialty services. Maintain thorough documentation in the EHR and contribute to quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required and active CA license.
• Completion of CODA-accredited Endodontics residency.
• Board Certified by the American Board of Endodontics (ABE) is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive endodontic evaluations and diagnose conditions affecting dental pulp and periapical tissues.
• Provide specialty endodontic services including root canal therapy and retreatment.
• Collaborate with general dentists and other providers to coordinate care and ensure timely access to services.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, and post-treatment care.
• Document encounters and outcomes accurately in the EHR system.
• Provide clinical oversight and guidance to dental assistants and staff.
• Engage in quality improvement, peer review, and compliance initiatives.
