Job summary

HighFive Healthcare in Birmingham, AL invites experienced endodontists or residents nearing completion to join an established specialty practice. You will contribute to a team that values personalized care and mentorship, with an early path to partnership.

Provide root canal therapy and retreatment using advanced tools, while collaborating with referring dentists and maintaining high standards of patient comfort and treatment planning.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• ADA-accredited Endodontics certificate.
• Eligible for Alabama dental licensure.
• Experienced Endodontists and residents nearing completion are welcome to inquire.

Responsibilities

• Provide root canal therapy and retreatment with the goal of relieving pain and preserving natural teeth.
• Use CBCT imaging and laser irrigation to support accurate diagnosis and careful treatment planning.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and mentor junior staff to maintain high patient care standards.
• Maintain infection control, accurate documentation, and a patient‑centered experience in private treatment areas.
