Affinity Dental Management, Inc. is seeking an Endodontist to join our established specialty network across the Northeast region. Build your endodontic career with clinical autonomy, state-of-the-art technology, and strong patient demand in a growing dentist-led organization.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program.
• Active CT and/or MA dental license, or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat routine and complex endodontic cases.
• Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, apical procedures, and other endodontic treatments within your scope.
• Utilize advanced technology to support diagnostic accuracy and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists on comprehensive patient care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy.
