Job summary

Affinity Dental Management, Inc. is seeking an Endodontist to join a growing specialty network with strong patient demand and established referral relationships across CT and MA.

You’ll have clinical autonomy to diagnose and treat routine and complex endodontic cases, perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and advanced procedures using modern technology, while collaborating with referring dentists and specialists.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Completion of an accredited Endodontics residency program.
• Active Connecticut and/or Massachusetts dental license, or eligibility for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat routine and complex endodontic cases.
• Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, apical procedures, and other endodontic treatments within your scope.
• Utilize advanced technology to support diagnostic accuracy and clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with referring dentists and specialists on comprehensive patient care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans with complete clinical autonomy.
• Deliver a comfortable, informative, and patient-centered experience.

Education

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program

Endodontics residency completion

Active Connecticut and/or Massachusetts dental license or eligibility
