Position Qualification
Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Board-Certified Endodontist to provide educational and technical expertise and skills in the instruction of dental students, residents and care of patients in the UNMC College of Dentistry.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to provision of didactic, preclinical and clinical education to dental students, dental hygiene students and residents, to conduct research and to participate in service to the University community and beyond.
The primary focus will be direction and supervision of our Endodontic residency program. This includes the recruiting and evaluation of the residents and running the program compliant with current CODA standards.
Opportunities for participation in private or faculty practice available.
Screening of applications will begin immediately with an expected hire date on/before July 1, 2025.
Required Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have a DDS or DMD degree or an equivalent degree from an international program along with completion of an ADA accredited endodontic specialty program and successful completion of the National Board Dental Examination or its equivalent. The candidate must be board certified by the American Board of Endodontics and eligible for a Nebraska Dental License.
