We can accommodate various schedules, primarily Monday-Friday. WBC in Endodontics preferred and BLS OK license. State licensure required. Locations likely include Tahlequah and Muskogee.

The role involves providing complex endodontic treatment, mainly on posterior teeth, including initial therapy and completion for adult patients who cooperate well in the clinical setting. A set schedule at Tahlequah or Muskogee is preferred based on residence and travel time.

Requirements include dental licensure, DEA, and other prescribing licenses. The candidate should have experience in full-range endodontic care, handling 4-6 cases per day, primarily complex root canal cases needing completion. Administrative management, materials, and instruments are provided, including a microscope.

Endodontists Have the Following Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat tooth pain and pulp diseases
• Perform root canal treatments and surgical procedures
• Follow infection control protocols
• Use dental imaging for diagnosis
• Apply protective substances like sealants
• Explain procedures and discuss options with patients
• Refer patients to specialists when needed
• Prescribe medications
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments
• Maintain dental records
