Job description

We are seeking a full-time Endodontist to join an established, multi-doctor practice in the Reno-Sparks area. The infrastructure is already in place: an active patient base, a built-in referral network, two dedicated operatories with modern technology, two dedicated assistants, and a schedule built around you.

This W2 opportunity is housed within a well-established family dentistry in Sparks, NV. This is a privately owned, doctor-led practice (not a DSO). You get the referral strength, support team, and business infrastructure of an established group without sacrificing the clinical independence you trained for. The practice values strong relationships with its referring general dentists, and you will partner with a dedicated administrative and marketing team to maintain and grow that referral base while you focus on patient care.

Here are some key features to consider about this position:

• W2 position paying the greater of 40% of adjusted production OR a $1,500 daily minimum guarantee for the initial 6 months, calculated on a cumulative basis
• Annual earning potential of $400,000 to $800,000, driven by network volume plus your external referral growth
• Approximately $20,000 combined signing bonus and relocation reimbursement
• Full slate of in-house referrals, plus dedicated marketing and referral-management support to grow your external base
• No state income tax in Nevada
