Gentle Dental is seeking a part-time Endodontist in Phoenix, Arizona, to provide exceptional patient care in a supportive, digital practice. Candidates will have the opportunity to enhance patients' lives through integrated oral healthcare while enjoying flexible scheduling and direct referrals. The ideal candidate will be board certified or eligible, with a commitment to operational excellence and patient relationships.

Our practice offers a flexible, part-time schedule with opportunities for additional days in Prescott, Avondale, and Surprise. We focus on a comprehensive, PPO-based dental environment, emphasizing clinical excellence, innovation, and patient-centered care.

Position Details:

• Flexible part-time for the right candidate
• Direct referrals from several General Dentists
• Predominantly PPO practice
• Compensation: 50% of production
• Schedule: 2 days a month, with potential for additional days
• Location: 4550 E Bell Road, Bldg 8, Suite 178, Phoenix, AZ 85032

Position Qualifications:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible
• 1 year of experience preferred
• Endodontic Residency Certificate
• Accredited Dental School Graduate
• Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
• Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI

Education (Preferred):

• Doctor of Dental Surgery or higher
• High School diploma or higher
