Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Endodontics.
• Endodontic residency certificate required.
• Graduate from accredited dental school.
• WA state dental license or eligible to obtain.
• Current CPR, DEA, and NPI certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
