Job summary

Heartland Dental is seeking a part-time Endodontist to provide high-quality endodontic care in a fast-paced, well-established supported practice in Clearwater, Florida.

Join a network where clinicians retain clinical autonomy and receive comprehensive non-clinical support, ongoing education opportunities, and a strong referral and supplier network. Travel requirements are minimal, with flexible scheduling to balance patient care and growth.

Qualifications

  • DDS or DMD degree required.
  • Current dental license in the hiring state required.
  • Must have a current Endodontic specialty certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality endodontic care.
  • Diagnose and treat dental pulp and nerve issues.
  • Educate patients on endodontic procedures and aftercare.
  • Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth patient flow.

  • Examines, diagnoses, and treats abnormalities in development of jaws, position of teeth, and otherdental-facial structures.
  • Providing high qualityendodontic care, including treating diseases of nerve, pulp, andother dental tissues affecting health and function of teeth
  • Examining patients todetermine endodontic and oral health needs, utilizing x-rays and otherdiagnostic equipment and procedures
  • Diagnosing and providingtreatment counseling to patients in a comprehensive manner
  • Educating patients on thebenefits of proper oral and dental hygiene
  • Assisting with leading andsupervising office team members
Educational Requirements:

You must possess a strong work ethic, an outgoing and personable chair-side manner and the desire to improve within the dental field. You must also be flexible, open and positive.

Requirements include:

  • DDS or DMD degree
  • Current dental license in state of hire
  • Must have a current certification specialty in endodontics
  • Ability to travel overnight to training sessions once a monthduring your first year of employment
  • Minimum 1 years clinical experience a plus, none required
