Endodontist

We are seeking a self‑motivated Endodontist to provide high‑quality endodontic care in a fast‑paced and well‑established supported practice.

Heartland Dental is the nation’s largest dental support organization, providing non‑clinical administrative support services to more than 3,000 supported doctors across 39 states and the District of Columbia.

Responsibilities

• Providing high‑quality endodontic care, including treating diseases of nerve, pulp, and other dental tissues affecting the health and function of teeth.
• Examining patients to determine endodontic and oral health needs, utilizing X‑rays and other diagnostic equipment and procedures.
• Diagnosing and providing treatment counseling to patients in a comprehensive manner.
• Educating patients on the benefits of proper oral and dental hygiene.
• Assisting with leading and supervising office team members.

Educational Requirements

You must possess a strong work ethic, an outgoing and personable chair‑side manner, and a desire to improve within the dental field. You must also be flexible, open, and positive.

Requirements include:

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Current dental license in state of hire.
• Must have a current certification specialty in endodontics.
• Ability to travel overnight to training sessions once a month during your first year of employment.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience (plus, none required).
