Job description

We’re excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for a motivated associate endodontist to join our privately owned, technology-driven practice. We are deeply committed to clinical excellence, work-life balance, and building lasting relationships with both patients and referring doctors.

Compensation Package

1. Base Salary Range: $360,000 – $450,000 annually (based on experience and clinical performance)
2. Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of paid vacation annually (included in base salary)
3. Benefits Package Value: ~$20,000/year, including:
1. Medical Insurance (employer-paid): ~$12,000
2. Licensing Fees, Professional Dues, Retirement Contributions: $3,000
3. Paid training for GentleWave and Biolase Waterlase technologies

Technology & Clinical Environment

We fully equip you with the tools you need to provide world-class care, including:

1. Operating dental microscopes in every treatment operatory
2. GentleWave system (training provided)
3. Biolase Waterlase laser (training provided)
4. Ultrasonics, rotary files, and high-quality materials to support efficient and effective treatment

Clinical Expectations

To ensure a strong and sustainable partnership, we provide structure, support, and clear expectations:

1. 3–5 consultations per day, with dedicated time for diagnosis and treatment planning
2. Clinical schedule: minimum 4 days/week (no weekends required). If you are highly motivated and want to be student loans debt free sooner we can add a 5th work day
3. Associates typically build to a full schedule within 2–3 months
4. Supportive onboarding, with time to learn our technology and systems
5. Commitment to quality care, professional communication with referrals, and collaborative team culture
