JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for achieving sales and gross profit targets, growing market share and becoming the go-to person for the Endodontists in their respective sales territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process, build long-lasting customer relationships, and will have a strong track record of closing a high volume of sales. The Endodontic Specialty Sales Consultant will be an expert in the company’s endodontic products with the expertise to sell both consumables and capital equipment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 5 to 7 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent a plus. May hold one or more industry certifications; professional certification may be required to advance.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to travel at least 70% of the time. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $90,000 to $95,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including education, prior experience, training, current skills, certifications, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a commission not reflected in the posted range.
