Qualifications

• Prepare and deliver instruction to dental students.
• Facilitate activities in classroom, simulation laboratory, clinic, and/or other settings.
• Act as a liaison between the students and the faculty course director.
• Provide and facilitate examinations; may assign grades.
• Teaches or facilitates classes based on varied schedules to meet course expectations.
• Follow the course curriculum as assigned.
• Prepares assignments.
• Evaluates student performance and learning.
• Maintains an active classroom environment conducive to student learning and success.
• Assess clinical education needs and patient teaching needs using various methods.
• Demonstrates patient care in clinical units.
• Complete NSU mandatory trainings (e.g., HIPAA, Canvas).
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
