Sage Dental is seeking Patient Care Advocates to professionally support the operations of our dental offices in Florida. You will deliver top-notch customer service to patients and visitors, present treatment plans, and educate patients on insurance benefits using our Dentrix system.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO/PPO coverage, excellent communication and case-presentation skills, and familiarity with Dentrix (preferred).

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance.
• Experience with Dentrix dental software (preferred).
• Excellent communication and case-presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all patients and visitors.
