Job summary

Sage Dental is seeking an Office Manager with experience in group/multi-dentist dental practices to drive efficient office operations.

You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure policies and procedures are effectively implemented while maintaining performance goals and high-quality patient care. Strong leadership and knowledge of dental insurance plans are essential.

Qualifications

• Two plus years of management experience in a fast-paced dental practice (multi-dentist preferred).
• Working knowledge of dental insurance plans (HMO, PPO, fee-for-service).
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
