Valley River Endodontics in Eugene is seeking a talented Dental Assistant to join our busy specialty practice. You will help the dentist with 4-handed dentistry, prep patients, sterilize instruments, and keep the operatory organized and stocked.

We value patient comfort and clear communication, plus meticulous record-keeping. Requires 1+ year experience, knowledge of dental instruments, OSHA awareness, and an active state X-ray license if required. Pay is experience-based with benefits available.

Qualifications

• At least 1+ year of experience as a dental assistant; specialty is preferred.
• Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations; OSHA compliance.
• Strong communication and people skills; detail oriented.
• Active state X-ray license preferred (if required by law).

Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and preparing them for treatment.
• Assist dentist through 4-handed dentistry and maintain patient comfort.
