Job summary

The role combines clinical expertise with operational leadership, guiding care coordination, documentation, and adherence to standards while partnering with practice management to ensure personnel coverage and high patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Indiana or NLC.
• Ambulatory nursing experience preferred.
• Endocrinology experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-9/CPT coding.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for the RN Triage team and MAs across Endocrinology.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, patient-centered care, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate triage operations to ensure timely, safe patient care.
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with standards.
• Support staff development and performance coaching.
