Job summary
Trinity Health is seeking an Endocrinology Physician in Muskegon, MI to join its physician‑led group. The role offers 1.0 FTE with a Monday–Friday, 8–5 schedule and on‑site work, with call coverage to nearby Grand Rapids and Muskegon hospitals.
The position includes teaching residents, medical students, and fellows, with on‑site support from a team of endocrinologists, DNPs and staff. Michigan license and DEA are required or obtainable; fellowship in Diabetes, Endocrinology & Metabolism is
Qualifications
- Board certification in endocrinology or be eligible within the timeframe required by the board.
- Active Michigan medical license or ability to obtain one.
- DEA license required for practice.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to endocrinology patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in teaching and mentoring of residents, medical students, and fellows.
- Document in Epic EMR and maintain accurate patient records.
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and community health activities.
