Job description

Health System is seeking a BE/BC Endocrinologist to join our Inpatient Endocrinology practice in Springfield, Missouri.

Position Highlights:

1. Provide direct endocrinology patient care.
2. Oversee endocrinology care in all inpatient venues with support from APPs and a diabetes educator.
3. Flexible Monday to Friday daytime schedule.
4. 1:7 weekday call share with outpatient Endocrinologists.
5. 1:6 weekend call share with outpatient Endocrinologists.
6. Practice based in Springfield with telemedicine available for three regional hospitals.
7. Current inpatient team includes one full-time physician, four APPs, one diabetes educator (weekdays), and two APPs (weekends).
8. Collaborative relationship with five outpatient endocrinologists and outpatient APPs.
9. Our Endocrinology group is energetic, friendly, thriving, and values work-life balance.
