Job description

Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in New Jersey just outside of New York City is seeking a dedicated physician to become a key member of the Endocrinology department. You will be involved in upcoming initiatives aimed toward expanding and advancing the Endocrinology unit, as well as making contributions to our established infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage thriving clinical practice with a focus on adult endocrinology
  • High patient volume primarily sourced from 4 affiliated hospitals
• Cover in-patient consults as needed
• Work with a dietitian to provide comprehensive care for LTC patients
• Guaranteed leadership opportunities available for those interested

Schedule

• One week of call per month (can transition to a half-time call schedule based on practice needs)
• 3.5-4 days per week for clinical duties and 1 day for administrative tasks
  • Including program development, quality improvement, and participation in leadership meetings
• One day per week at the Patterson location

Compensation

• 75% percentile based on MGMA benchmarks
