Job Summary:

TriStar Centennial Medical Center is seeking an Endocrinologist to join The Frist Clinic, a premier group in downtown Nashville, Tennessee.

Qualified Candidates:

• ABIM board certified or eligible
• Tennessee licensure or ability to obtain
• DEA with full prescriptive authority
• Commitment to providing high quality, evidence-based patient care
• Interest in both inpatient and outpatient care

Practice Setting:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule, clinic closes at noon on Fridays
• Call 1:5, with a simultaneous clinic and hospital call schedule
• Approximately 3-6 new inpatient consult requests per week
• Most inpatient consults are non-diabetes endocrinology
• Call is one week at a time, with a flexible clinic schedule during call week
• Cover only TriStar Centennial Medical Center, adjacent to the clinic building
• Outpatient APP support and a dedicated inpatient APP team for routine diabetes consults
• In-office DEXA scanner and ultrasound available
• Average clinic census of 16-20 patients
