OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

1. Year one: Competitive annual base salary
2. Year two: The higher of the annual base salary or $/wRVU based salary plus annual performance incentives of up to 16% of base compensation
3. Year three: $/wRVU based salary plus incentives up to 16%
4. $50,000 signing bonus
5. Up to $15,000 relocation assistance
6. $5,000 annual CME allowance
7. 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per year
