Job description

Job Title: Endocrinologist

The Department of Internal Medicine at this prestigious medical school is seeking a full-time, board-eligible or board-certified Endocrinologist. Candidates with credentials supporting the rank of assistant, associate, or full professor will be considered.

Division Focus: The Division of Endocrinology specializes in the care of patients with endocrine system diseases and disorders. Our current team includes four endocrinologists and one advanced practice provider. Our efforts are recognized by the ADA Education Recognition Program.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide inpatient endocrine care management, both independently and with residents.
2. Participate in outpatient clinical activities.
3. Assist with inpatient general internal medicine teaching services at our hospital.
4. Support the residency program and quality improvement initiatives.
5. Contribute to academic promotion and career advancement.

Qualifications: Applicants should have an understanding of medical, educational, clinical, and administrative issues related to internal medicine residents and medical students.
