Seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join a practice just 30 minutes from Chicago. The provider will be joining a busy practice with a talented, experienced physician and advanced practice provider who enjoy a supportive work environment with a great work-life balance.

Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.
• Weekday Call to be discussed
• Average outpatient volumes: 15 - 20 patients per day
