Schedule and Work Environment:
- Flexible schedule with options for extended morning or evening hours
- Schedule Options:
- Part-time or Full-time (2-5 days/week, 8hr, 10hr, 12hr days)
- Week On/Week Off (7:00 am-7:00 pm Mon-Thurs, 7:00 am-5:00 pm Fri, 4hr Sat)
- 12 days of 10-hour shifts in a 28-day cycle
24-hour in-house Hospitalist servicesEngage with a diverse spectrum of interesting and complex casesPrimarily outpatient practice with optional inpatient specialist consultsSee 15-20 patients per daySupportive practice team and managementAutonomy in scheduling, case volume, and practice operationsRespectful patient relationshipsLeadership invested in staff input and growthStrong subspecialty support and mentorship opportunitiesCandidate Requirements:
- Accepting residents, new graduates, and experienced physicians
- Not accepting visa candidates or locum providers
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary between $280,000 and $320,000, commensurate with experience and training; salary expectations can be discussed at interview
