Endocrinology Opportunity with Multi-Specialty Private Practice in the Bay Area

Join a diverse and focused team in a multi-office practice spanning San Francisco to Sacramento, with an additional location in Redding. This opportunity offers flexible employment models and competitive compensation.

Key Details:

1. Locations: San Francisco, Sacramento, Redding
2. Compensation: $300,000 first-year salary or production-based pay (your choice), with no buy-in requirements
3. Post-First Year: Transition to 1099 productivity model with a 60/40 split
4. Student Loan Forgiveness: Up to $100,000 paid over 4 years
5. Employment Types: W2 or 1099 options available
6. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, no weekends
7. Additional Compensation: Pay for supervising APPs
8. Pay Range: 50-90% MGMA for total earnings
