Job summary

Elaya Health is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a diabetes-focused endocrinology team. You will provide direct care to adults with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, assist in weight management, and educate patients on insulin pumps and glucose sensors under endocrinologist supervision in New York.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited PA program or nursing school, 6+ months in endocrinology, and NY PA/NP licensure.

Qualifications

6+ months of work experience in endocrinology.
Registered as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in NY State.

Responsibilities

PA or NP will provide direct care to adult patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes, weight management, including medical management and patient education.
Will manage use of insulin pumps, continuous glucose sensors and related diabetes technology.
PA works as part of a team that includes direct supervision by top endocrinologists in New York.
