Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking a friendly and compassionate Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team in Dallas, TX.

This part-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive endocrine care to residents in long-term care facilities, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care. The position requires a NP/PA license, a Master's in Nursing, and relevant endocrinology experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license.
• DEA License.
• CPR BCLS/BLS certified.
• Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing.
• Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• At least 1 year of experience in Endocrinology.
• Preference for experience documenting in EMR systems (Sigma/Visual/PCC).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to lift 20+ pounds and stand/walk for 6–8 hours daily.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services and coordinate patient care.
• Assess and treat patients with endocrinology diseases and conditions.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for seamless care coordination.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents' physical and mental well-being.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments including history and exams.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and administer treatments.
• Provide counseling to residents and families.
• Monitor chronic conditions and adjust care plans as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in long-term care or a skilled nursing facility
• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician license
• DEA License

• Must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing
• Completed a degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
• A year of experience in Endocrinology
• Preferred experience in Documenting EMR (Sigma, Visual, PCC, etc.): training provided
• Must have great organizational and time management skills.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand / walk / work on your feet up to 6-8 hours per day
