• 8+ years experience as NP.

Overview

A physician-led, multi-location medical group is seeking an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner for its outpatient practice in Coram, NY. This well-established organization is known for clinical excellence, strong patient satisfaction, and multidisciplinary collaboration.

What you'll do

• Serve as a key clinical provider in the delivery of high-quality patient care
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of endocrine conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders (hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism), hormone imbalances, and infertility
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Refer patients to appropriate specialty services as needed
• Provide clear communication and education to patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive strategies
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation within the EMR system
• Collaborate with referring physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide clinical oversight to nurses, technologists, and support staff within the practice
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, NYS DOH, CMS, and relevant payer guidelines
• Contribute to building a sustainable patient panel aligned with practice growth objectives

What you'll need

• BSN and MSN from an accredited nursing school
• Training in Endocrinology
• NYS RN & NP license, BLS, Board Certified
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a patient-centered approach to care
• Proven ability to maintain and grow a local clinical practice
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to grow and manage a thriving patient base
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus
• 8+ years experience as a NP

Compensation and benefits

• $200K-$300K per year
• Part time or Full time, flexible hours, Monday–Friday, no call
