Job summary

Privia Health in Dallas, TX is seeking a driven Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Endocrinology team. You will provide panel support to the Practice Lead, collaborate within a tight-knit group, and build long-term patient relationships through a patient-centered approach.

The role features a full-time schedule (4–4.5 days, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with flexible start times) and access to on-site diagnostics (DEXA, thyroid sonograms) and a diabetes education center.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum 1 year postgraduate clinical experience in Endocrinology or Primary Care is preferred; new grads with endocrinology rotation welcomed.
• Active, unrestricted license to practice in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide panel support to Practice Lead and manage consults.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.
• Schedule follow-ups and long-term patient relationships in a team-based setting.
