Job summary

77 Consultants seeks an Endocrinology NP/PA for float coverage in Bonita, CA. Immediate start after credentialing; initial 3-month contract with potential extension. Outpatient clinic, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

The role focuses on diabetes care, osteoporosis management, and transgender health, with both in-person and telehealth visits. Epic EMR used; credentialing targeted within 90 days. California license active and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Board Certification in relevant specialty
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Active California license

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse patient population, predominantly endocrinology
• See ~16 patients per day with 4–6 new consultations and follow-ups
• Provide both in-person consultations and telehealth visits
• Support transgender healthcare services as part of care offerings
