Job summary

You will work closely with the Practice Lead, Dr. Martin Sarkar, to provide comprehensive endocrine care, focusing on diabetes and thyroid management, with opportunities to expand to complex conditions.

The role supports structured scheduling, mid-level collaboration, and a focus on high-quality follow-up care, with no weekend responsibilities. A Maryland NP license and DEA are required.

Qualifications

• Board Certified NP required.
• Active, unrestricted MD NP license with DEA registration.
• Open to experienced providers and new graduates under physician mentorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient endocrine care including diabetes follow-up and thyroid management.
• Perform routine endocrine monitoring, medication management, and patient education.
• Collaborate with the Lead Physician to ensure continuity of care; no weekend or on-call duties.
