Job summary

Infinite Medical P.C. seeks an Endocrinology Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive endocrine care in a skilled nursing setting. Part-time (3 days per week) in Stevens, PA, with a competitive salary range.

The role covers diabetes, thyroid and hormone-related conditions, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and emphasizing person-centered care. Requires active NP/PA license, DEA, CPR/BLS, and 6 months LTC plus endocrinology experience.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA/Physician license.
• DEA License required.
• CPR/BLS certified.
• Master's Degree in Nursing and NP program completion.
• At least 6 months of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility.
• At least 1 year of endocrinology experience.
• Experience documenting in EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive endocrine care to residents.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat endocrinology conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Maintain patient documentation and care plans.
• Support patient and family counseling and education.
