Job summary

Recordati Rare Diseases, Inc. (RRD), North America seeks a Medical Science Liaison to act as a field-based scientific expert focusing on Cushing's syndrome/disease and acromegaly.

The MSL will build relationships with key opinion leaders, exchange unbiased scientific information, and support medical affairs initiatives. The role involves presenting at conferences, supporting publications and investigator-initiated trials, and training internal teams.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in medical/biological sciences (MD/DO/PhD/PharmD).
• Minimum two years in Medical Affairs or clinical functions preferred.
• Familiarity with drug development, FDA, ICH and GCP guidelines.
• Experience with rare diseases in Medical Affairs or clinical settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and scientific presentations to health care professionals.
• Provide medical information at conferences and for Isturisa, Signifor, Signifor LAR.
• Maintain peer-to-peer collaborations with key medical experts.
• Collaborate on publications, investigator-initiated trials, and company-sponsored research.
• Support advisory boards and review presentations with medical references.
• Train staff on key scientific topics for the field and sales teams.
• Develop territory plans with input from management.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and pharmacovigilance policies.
