Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or completion of an MA training program.
• BART or BLS at hire with plan to obtain BART within 6 months.
• Knowledge of universal precautions and proper body mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Room patients in person and virtually; record vitals and track measurements.
• Assist in triage, preparation for procedures, and patient education.
• Administer medications and perform point-of-care tests (glucose, HbA1c).
• Collect and prepare lab samples while maintaining patient privacy.
