Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office setting, preferably in endocrinology or diabetes care.
• Strong communication skills necessary for patient interaction.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with in-office procedures like thyroid biopsies.
• Manage patient check-in, including insurance verification and payment collection.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-ups.
